Imzlab Technologies

Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website, buy IMZLab monitoring devices, use IMZLab Private IoT Cloud or use the Package Tracker plugin for Claude. Read them together with your quotation.

Effective date: 4 November 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Imzlab Technologies Private Limited (“IMZLab”, “we”), 15-c Small Industrial Estate, Mall Road, Sargodha, Punjab 40100, Pakistan. By using the website or the panel you accept them.

If you use the panel for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and the company is bound by these terms. Where a signed quotation, order confirmation or contract says something different, that document applies.

Information on this website

The website describes our devices and services for general information. Descriptions, specifications and examples can change and are not an offer. What you are buying, including the devices, quantities, price, delivery, installation and any warranty, is set out in your written quotation or order confirmation.

We work to keep the website accurate but do not promise that it is complete or up to date.

Quotations, orders and payment

  • Prices, taxes, payment terms, delivery and installation are stated in your quotation, which is valid for the period shown on it.
  • An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing.
  • Any warranty on devices is the one stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

Cloud accounts

  • IMZLab sets up your company in the panel. Your company administrator invites users and decides their roles, sites and device access, and removes access for people who leave.
  • Keep your password, recovery codes and activation or reset links private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We recommend turning on multi-factor authentication, especially for administrators.
  • Tell us straight away at info@imzlab.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • try to reach another company’s data, accounts or devices;
  • probe, scan, load-test or try to get around the security of the service without our written permission;
  • use device credentials or firmware for anything other than running the device they were issued for, or share them with anyone else;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, or send it malicious code;
  • resell or give others access to the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account or a device to protect the service or other customers.

Monitoring is not a safety system

IMZLab devices and the panel help you watch conditions. They do not control equipment. Readings and alerts depend on the device having power, working sensors, a Wi-Fi connection to the internet, and our server being available.

A device is marked offline only after it misses its 180-second contact window. Alerts are delivered by email and in the panel; there are no SMS, phone-call or mobile push alerts.

Do not rely on IMZLab as the only safeguard where a missed or late alert could harm people, animals, stock, crops or equipment. Keep independent alarms and regular checks that match the risk.

Readings come from the sensors fitted to each device and are not certified. IMZLab does not currently provide calibration certificates, and records in the panel are not validated for regulatory record-keeping.

Service availability and changes

IMZLab Private IoT Cloud runs on a single server that we operate. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular uptime unless your contract says so. Updates and maintenance can interrupt the service briefly, and we plan them to keep disruption low.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature your company relies on, we will tell company administrators in advance where we reasonably can.

Your data

The readings and information your company puts into the panel belong to your company. You allow us to store and process them to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export device data as CSV at any time.

We take an encrypted checkpoint of the database on the server before each software release. Off-server backups are not yet in place, so a serious server failure could lose data. Export and keep copies of any records you need.

Devices and firmware

Each device runs firmware prepared for it, with its own credentials for connecting to the cloud. We may revoke a device’s credentials if they may have been exposed, when the device moves to another company, or when service ends. We arrange firmware updates with you.

Package Tracker plugin for Claude

Package Tracker: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS & 17TRACK is a plugin that IMZLab publishes in Anthropic’s Claude directory. It tracks shipments by running IMZLab’s tracking Actors on Apify under your own Apify account. By installing it you also accept these terms.

  • Cost. The plugin is free to install. Apify charges each tracked record to your Apify account at the price shown on the Actor’s Apify Store listing, under Apify’s own terms. IMZLab does not bill you directly and does not control your Apify plan, limits or credit.
  • Permitted use. Track only shipments you are entitled to information about: your own, your company’s, or your customers’ with their agreement. Do not use the plugin to locate or monitor a person, or in any way that breaks a carrier’s terms or the law.
  • Accuracy. Status information comes from the carriers’ public tracking pages and is shown as the carrier provides it. Carriers can change, delay, block or withdraw it, so results are not guaranteed to be complete, current or correct. For claims, deadlines, proof of delivery or legal matters, rely on the carrier’s own confirmation.
  • Independence. IMZLab and the plugin are not affiliated with or endorsed by DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, 17TRACK or any other carrier. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which carriers the plugin can look up.
  • Other services. The plugin runs inside Claude and on Apify. Anthropic’s and Apify’s terms govern those services, and IMZLab is not responsible for their availability.
  • Changes. We may update, suspend or withdraw the plugin or the Actors behind it at any time. The liability section above applies to the plugin, with our total liability limited to the amount IMZLab received for your use of the Actors in the 12 months before the claim.

Intellectual property

The website, the IMZLab name and logo, the panel software, device firmware and the Package Tracker plugin and Actors belong to IMZLab or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use our devices and services. Your company’s data remains yours.

Suspension and ending service

You can stop using the service in line with your quotation or contract. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payments are overdue, or to protect the service, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Export any data you need before service ends; after that, information is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

As far as the law allows:

  • the website and service are provided as they are, except for what your quotation or contract states;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of stock, animals, crops, production, profit or data caused by missing, late or incorrect readings or alerts;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the device or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be decided by the courts of Pakistan.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page with a new effective date. Questions about these terms: email info@imzlab.com or call +92 346 870 4004.
