Invoice Generator privacy policy
This policy covers Imzlab Invoice Generator and information you send to Imzlab for plugin support. Published by MUHAMMAD AFZAL MALIK through Imzlab.
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Information used to create an invoice
The plugin uses billing information you choose to provide in your conversation or authorised attachments. This can include seller and client names, business contact details, invoice numbers and dates, descriptions of goods or services, quantities, prices, currency, supplied taxes, discounts, shipping, payment terms and amounts paid.
If you choose to display payment methods, it uses the receiving details you supply: an account holder, bank name, account number or IBAN, relevant routing or SWIFT details, wallet provider, receiving email, phone number, payment ID, public wallet address and network, or a payment link. An optional logo is used only when you provide an authorised local image.
Provide only information needed on the invoice and only information you have permission to use. Do not provide passwords, PINs, authentication codes, card security codes, private keys or seed phrases.
Purpose and recipients
The information is used to calculate totals, create or revise your invoice, and display the payment and branding details you choose. The plugin does not connect to payment providers, charge customers, or send invoices to clients.
The plugin runs within the host you use, such as ChatGPT or Codex, using that host’s conversation, file and execution capabilities. Your host and any execution service it uses process the inputs and generated files under their own terms, privacy policies and your account settings.
The packaged invoice generator has no Imzlab server endpoint, invoice database or analytics. Imzlab does not receive invoice inputs through a plugin service. If you deliberately email an invoice or other personal information to Imzlab support, it is received by our support team and our email service providers for handling your request.
For ChatGPT and Codex, see OpenAI’s privacy policy and the data controls available in your account. Imzlab does not control your host’s storage or retention.
Retention and storage
The plugin does not retain an invoice copy on Imzlab servers or save a reusable seller profile. It writes the supplied details to the invoice files and calculation data generated in your host environment. The plugin does not impose an automatic expiry on those files.
Conversation history, attachments and generated files remain subject to your host’s retention settings and policies. Downloaded copies remain on your device until you remove them; copies you share are controlled by their recipients.
Imzlab retains invoice-plugin support emails until you request deletion at info@imzlab.com. There is no automatic expiry period for that correspondence. Deletion of Imzlab support correspondence does not remove copies in your host, on your device or held by people you shared them with.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can omit bank and wallet details, provide only the fields needed for your chosen method, correct an invoice, or stop using the plugin. Receiving details from the current conversation may be reused when you request another invoice or revision.
Use your host’s controls to manage conversations and files, and delete downloaded copies on your device. To ask about or request deletion of information sent to Imzlab support, contact info@imzlab.com. Identify the support conversation so it can be located; do not send additional financial details to make the request.
Visiting this website
These public pages are hosted on Vercel, and the Imzlab website uses Google Analytics. Hosting and analytics services can process technical request and usage information, including IP address, browser information and page visits, under their service settings and privacy policies. This website analytics integration is separate from the invoice generator and does not receive invoice inputs through the plugin.
You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. The existing general contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA and an email delivery service; for plugin support, the support page provides direct email contact.
Policy updates and contact
