Invoice plugin support

Email info@imzlab.com with the subject “Imzlab Invoice Generator Support”.

Include your host (ChatGPT or Codex), plugin version, the error message and a short description of the steps that caused the issue. A fictional example is usually enough to reproduce a problem.

Remove client information and bank or wallet identifiers from screenshots or attachments. Do not send login credentials, one-time codes, card security codes, seed phrases or private keys.

PDF export requires a compatible execution environment and the PDF dependency used by the generator. Ask the plugin to explain the missing capability and provide printable HTML when available.

If the host cannot generate files, the plugin can provide the invoice content in chat. An HTML-only result should be identified clearly.

Ask the plugin to revise the invoice using the corrected amount, currency, tax rate or receiving identifier. Ask it to retain the existing invoice number if this is a revision.

Bank account numbers, IBANs and wallet identifiers are treated as text. Compare the output with the details you supplied, including leading zeros and the network for a public wallet address.

Email info@imzlab.com for questions about information you sent to Imzlab support. Avoid including the invoice itself unless it is necessary.

Imzlab has no invoice database for this plugin. Conversation history and files in your host are managed through that host’s controls; downloaded files are managed on your own device.
