Invoice Generator terms of use
These terms apply to Imzlab Invoice Generator, provided by MUHAMMAD AFZAL MALIK through Imzlab. They describe the invoice workflow and your responsibilities when using it.
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Scope of the plugin
The plugin creates and revises invoices from details you provide. It can generate PDF, printable HTML and calculation data when supported by your host environment. It does not process payments, send invoices automatically, maintain an accounting database or provide tax or legal advice.
Your use of ChatGPT, Codex or another compatible host is also subject to that service’s terms and account requirements. The plugin is independent and is not made or endorsed by OpenAI.
Cost and availability
The plugin is free to use and has no plugin purchases or paid plugin plan. Separate charges or plan limits from your host service may apply.
Features depend on the host’s file and execution capabilities. If a PDF cannot be created, the plugin should explain the limitation and offer an available alternative. Public availability depends on the host’s directory approval and supported countries.
Your inputs and generated documents
You may use the generated invoices for your lawful business activities. Supply accurate details and use only personal information, logos and other material you own or have permission to use. Do not use the plugin to create fraudulent or misleading invoices.
Provide receiving details intended to appear on an invoice. Never provide bank or wallet credentials, card security codes, one-time codes, private keys or seed phrases.
Review each invoice before sending, recording or relying on it. Check client and seller details, invoice numbering, dates, currency, line items, tax treatment, discounts, totals and all bank or wallet identifiers. You are responsible for choosing applicable tax rates and payment terms, confirming legal requirements and deciding whether to issue the invoice.
Limitations and corrections
Generated documents can contain errors. The plugin does not certify an invoice’s legal or tax validity, confirm that a payment account belongs to a recipient, or verify that payment has occurred.
The packaged calculator supports one invoice-wide tax rate. More complex tax treatment needs an appropriate calculation method and careful review. Request a revision when you find an error, and preserve your own copies of documents you need.
Privacy, support and updates
Read the privacy policy for the plugin’s data practices and your controls. Contact info@imzlab.com or visit plugin support for help.
Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. These terms concern this invoice plugin; separate Imzlab services may have their own agreements.
